Trough idler

The troughed idler is generally composed of two side idler and a flat idler, and the groove angle is generally 30 degrees. For the detachable belt conveyor, the three rollers of the troughed idler are hinged to each other, so it is called the articulated idler. The groove type idler is fully sealed, and both ends are equipped with plastic labyrinth seal rings. The oil and grease will not leak, which can make the rolling shaft operate in the fully sealed state. The trough type idler is widely used in the open air environment with large dust and high corrosion, such as mine, power plant, steel plant, stone plant, cement plant, coal washing plant, salt plant, alkali plant, fertilizer plant, wharf and other transportation places.
